Foodie Fridays: Graham Elliot Bowles, Tony Mantuano, Show You The 'Flavors Of Chicago'
Chicago is a foodie town. We have some of the best restaurants and chefs in the world. Now's your chance to learn from two of the best. Graham Elliot Bowles of Top Chef fame and proprietor of g.e.b., Grahamwich, and Graham Elliot's will join forces with Tony Mantuano of Spiaggia and other local chefs to teach you the ins-and-outs of delicious cooking!
Where is all of this going down? None other than at The Venue at Horseshoe Casino (our neighbor to the East) on Saturday, June 29th and Sunday, June 30th.
There will be multiple sessions which means multiple chances for you to get in on the tastes, cooking demos, and aisle after aisle of quality exhibitors. You'll get to sample the fare that has made Chicago famous including samples of Chicago-style hot dogs, deep-dish pizza, and Italian beef sandwiches! They had me at pizza!
Get ready to un-leash the gourmet chef in you. Flavors of Chicago will be a colorful landscape of flavors, ingredients, products, and passions - C-Style!
Tickets for this event are $20 and includes free samples of dishes. Full-size portions can also be purchased at a reduced cost.
