Chef Izard is the Executive Chef/Partner of two Chicago restaurants, Girl & the Goat and Little Goat, and will be cooking up culinary delights for us to sample.

Erykah Badu performs at the House of Blues in Chicago for two nights. Tonight's performance is billed as "Baduizm" and Friday's as "Mama's Gun." Friday's performance is already sold-out.

March 30th - Mike Gallagher could easily be considered a journeyman musician, performing, recording with and backing many artists as a guitarist, keyboardist and vocalist. Mike has been a member of the band Zzaje’ for ten years. Other notable artists and groups Mike has performed alongside include Lupe Fiasco, Common, George Clinton, Carole King, R. Kelly, Bumpus, Rachel Yamagata, Umphrey’s McGee, M.C. Lyte, Rhymefest, Kindred and the Family Soul, The Roots, and Bilal.

Join him for the release of his new CD on Saturday at Reggie's Rock Club at 9 p.m. Admission to the show is $5.  

Opening for Mike will be rising vocalist, Kiara Lanier, who recently appeared on this season's American Idol.
