January 28 - If you want to be a top model, you'll want to come to the Ford Models Open Casting Call tonight at Rockit Bar & Grill (22 W. Iconic actor and civil rights activist, Harry Belafonte, closes out Northwestern University's two-week-long series of events celebrating the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  Join Mr. Belafonte tonight at the Evanston campus's Pick-Staiger Concert Hall at 6 p.m.  The event is free and open to the public.  For more information go online here.

January 30 -  Time Out Chicago teams up with Beck's beer to introduce its latest creation, Beck's Sapphire. Sign-up here to get on the party list which will be held at Beck's pop-up "jewelry store" located at 840 N. Michigan Avenue from 6 - 8 p.m.

January 31 -  Ladies, if you're looking for a man of style and substance (and who isn't) you'll want to attend Rolling Out magazine's "50 Most Wanted" event at Red Kiva (1108 W. Randolph St.). Doors open at 6 p.m. and tickets are only $10 and benefit the non-profit organization, Think Royally. Take our word for it, these bachelors are totally on fire! February 1 -  Today kicks off Chicago Restaurant Week!  Over 250 of Chicago's best will roll out special meals and deals for area diners.  Guests can enjoy prix fixe menus starting at $22 for lunch and $33/$44 for dinner. February 2 - Hopefully, the groundhog will not see his shadow today and bring us six more weeks of winter! Either way, today is National Pisco Sour Day!  Join CheekyChicago.com as they celebrate at several local venues from 6 - 10 p.m.  The Piscorita will be served at  Nacional 27, The Pisco Mescalero with passion fruit, basil and simple syrup will be served at Between and SUSHISAMBA will serve Pisco with fresh orange, lemon and Contreau. February 3 - Super Bowl XLVII returns to New Orleans' Superdome.
